This program aims to equip property managers, residential real estate investors, and self-managed condominium administrators with the knowledge and skills necessary for successful management of residential properties, including mixed-use properties. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the legal, financial, accounting, and technical concepts surrounding property management, as well as the principles and best practices of real estate management.
The program is bilingual: the language of instruction is either English or French, but students can communicate in class and submit their assignments in both languages.
