Mtre Léa Couture-Thériault has been a member of the Bar of Quebec since 2015, and joined the legal firm of Fiset Légal in 2016 after having practised in construction law in another Montreal law firm.
Her clientele is principally made up of Syndicates of co-ownership that she represents in the context of construction law litigation, injunctions or, moreover, for the efficient management of their co-ownership through the adoption of new regulations adapted to the needs of the collectivity of co-owners.
Mtre Couture-Thériault also has a keen interest in the review, modification and negotiation of commercial leases, as well as in dispute resolution between tenants and commercial property owners.
Mtre Couture-Thériault is passionate about the practice of law and understanding the needs of her clients. When Bill 141 was passed, she met with her business affiliates/contacts to provide a training session on the impact of the legislative changes, specifically the management of insurance claims, so that her clients could adapt their practices in an enlightened way.
In her spare time, Me Couture-Thériault practices cycling, plays tennis, and is involved in social and political causes that are dear to her heart.
