Me Gérald Denoncin

A Belgian-Canadian citizen, Mtre Denoncin was a lawyer in private practice in Belgium for 14 years.

Mtre Denoncin then spent 13 years as a property manager in divided and undivided co-ownership in Montreal, which gives him a specialized expertise, a know-how and a perspective on the field in real estate.

He has also authored numerous articles for the Association des syndicats de copropriété du Québec between 2009 and 2019, in addition to participating in numerous conferences in the field of condominium law, both as a spectator and speaker.

In June 2020, he completed his equivalence in law at the University of Montreal, where he was awarded the Dean’s Prize.

Graduating with excellent results from the Bar School, Mtre Denoncin practises in the areas of insurance, construction, leasing and sales law, with a specialized practice in the field of co-ownership. He provides legal advice to contractors, trades, buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, co-owners, as well as to building managers, syndicates of co-ownership, their administrators, and officers in the context of various files requiring a legal opinion as well as in litigious court cases.

He also chairs over numerous monthly meetings of co-owners as president of the meeting, which is one of his specialties.
