Ms. Serina Oshriyeh
Ms. Serina Oshriyeh has been a paralegal for more than ten (10) years and joined our firm in August 2017.
During these years, Ms. Oshriyeh has specialized in civil litigation, especially in construction law and real estate law.
She assists the lawyers in the context of remedies to the Rental Board, in the Court of Quebec, Superior Court, Court of Appeal of Quebec and the Supreme Court of Canada. She also has experience in arbitration, including under the Guarantee Plan Regulations.
Ms. Oshriyeh has great writing skills. She participates in the drafting of correspondence, settlement documents, transactions, commercial leases, mortgage acts and especially in the development of legal proceedings.
Ms. Oshriyeh has considerable experience and control over civil procedure. The complexity of a dispute is for her a source of motivation. This results in his involvement in large-scale cases, such as class actions, complex litigation files and injunctions.
Ms. Oshriyeh also offers the lawyers she works for, a close collaboration. Her ability to analyze and summarize, her legal reasoning and her proactivity allow her to have an active involvement in each case. She also collaborates in the training of legal staff.
