Me Lucie Boulanger holds a Bachelor's in Law and a Graduate Diploma in Notarial Law from the University of Montreal. She has also been a Chambre des Notaires du Québec member since 1990.
After several years in private practice, Mtre Boulanger pursued her career as a legal counsel and then as Director of Asset Management, for an institutional lender. She was involved in numerous large-scale transactions and refinancings, where commercial properties across Canada were offered as collateral to this lender.
Mtre Boulanger then worked for several years in the real estate legal department of a major corporation, where she was involved in numerous transactions and the drafting of complex commercial leases, mainly for retail properties.
In addition to her extensive experience in real estate law, Mtre Boulanger has joined Fiset Légal to offer the firm's clients her services as a notary. In this way, clients can benefit from a full range of professional services, tailored to their specific situation and covering all their needs.
